Dr. Wafaa Haidamous Hallassou

Wafaa is a leading consultant and trainer in different industries. Her years of experience have given her a competitive edge and significant approach to her training methodology in the Banking sector, Hospitality, Hospitals, and in different other sectors. She has conducted series of training programs for the different kind of industries, mainly the service industry in KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Syria, Yemen, and Lebanon.

She has headed several delegations for services consulting and training in the region such as: The Ministry of Tourism in Syria, conference held in Jordan for new training techniques, conference for the World Lebanese Cultural Union ….

To work on highly Customized Learning Solutions, her goal is to partner with other institutions in order to meet their Management and Marketing development needs. To accomplish this goal, the following is used:

• Understanding the Strategy of the organization
• Identifying the Performance / Competency Gaps
• Defining the Learning Process
• Implementing a Learning Solution, and Evaluating Results

In addition to her consultancy and training work, Wafaa teaches and coordinates Marketing, International Marketing, Marketing research, Prospecting, Economics at several Universities in Lebanon.

She joined Grid International as a senior consultant for development and planning of Customer Service, Marketing, Hospitality Marketing, Successful Selling Skills, Team Building, Time management, Leadership, Coaching program for Sales and Customer Service….

In 2004 she has been certified from UK in TMSDI (Team Management Systems Development International) to help companies in the process of Recruiting, Training and Development.

She has updated and edited several training programs, and contributed in tailoring the Service excellence, CRM, Team Building, Business Communication and Successful selling programs of Al Rajihi Bank, and Arab National Bank, Petromin, and The ministry of Education in KSA (Istanbul), KFH, Al Ghanem Industries in Kuwait, Al-Ahli Bank of Kuwait, Le Notre and others in Kuwait, Jordan Tracktor in Jordan, GTS, and Dar Assayd in UAE, and many others.

In addition to this, she held a project in Yemen with the EU, Bemo Bank and MTN-Syria for a special combined program titled Selling Skills and Customer Service; Furthermore,  Consultancy and Restructuring projects in different local companies in Lebanon were seized such as: Droguerie Pharaon & Mercury, MSD, Lebanese association of industrials, Nabatieh Hospital, Ain Wazein Hospital, Saint Georges Hospital, Mount Lebanon Hospital, Serhal Hospital, Libano-Francaise Bank, Credit Libanais, Al Mawarid Bank, Central Bank of Lebanon, Audi Bank, MEAB, University of Balamand, USEK,  Syndicate of Hospitals,Spinneys, Sabis Educational Services, Fidelity insurance, Transmed, Mimosa, Fine, GS, M.Ezzat Jallad & Co, CCA Group, Commas, Life LTD, Safir Heliopolitan Hotel, Sets-Dell, Virgin Megastore, Socodile- Fawaz Holding, and others, moreover she conducted different public seminars.

She is a holder of a MBA in Management & Marketing, and a PHD in Economics. She participated with the Canadian delegation to enhance educational systems and training tools.

She has been certified in 2009 from the Coaching Academy-UK for Corporate and Personal Coaching; and master in NLP practitioner from Richard Bandler (The society of Neuro Linguistic Programming) and The BEST (Beyond Einstein and Socratic Techniques)- Dr. Wen Winger -USA

Her participation in different Summit, Marketing has given her an added value specially in her representation for Professor of Philippe Kotler, the Guru of Marketing, in the Middle East. She participated in the IIR Middle East-HR Summit-Dubai, 2012, and attended The Guru of HR, Dave Ulrich.

Wafaa got a certificate of Appreciation from the Arab Hospitals Federation for her lecture given during the 11^th Annual Conference at Le Royal Hotel on November 2012.

Her energetic approach and methodology in training and Consultancy was appreciated by all the partners who experienced working with her.

Wafaa is the Managing Director of BCTS (Business Consultancy and Training Services) –Beirut and the Director of CEP- LGU.
